Dubai court orders hospital assets to be sold to settle millions in unpaid wages, including medical equipment and furniture

In March, the court appointed an executor who inspected the hospital facilities and prepared an inventory of all medical equipment and furniture. Among the seized items were advanced diagnostic machines such as X-ray equipment, bronchoscopy devices worth millions of dirhams, patient beds, infusion pumps, and blood pressure monitors.

The most valuable asset seized was a catheterization cardiac system valued at AED 1.7 million. This decision is being hailed as a significant step towards safeguarding workers' rights in the region.
